Some consumers said they were repeatedly charged membership or value-added service fees they had not authorized.                        。    　　银川8月25日电 (记者 杨迪)8月25日，包银高铁银川至巴彦浩特铁路(下称银巴铁路)主体工程项目正式启动静态验收，标志着该项目顺利进入竣工验收阶段。银巴铁路开启静态验收。中国铁路兰州局集团有限公司供图　　银巴铁路是一条以区际旅客交流为主，兼顾城际功能，支持少数民族边疆地区经济发展、填补路网空白的重要交通基础设施。线路自宁夏银川站引出，经银川市金凤区、西夏区、永宁县，穿越贺兰山至阿拉善左旗境内，经巴润别立镇至终点巴彦浩特站，正线长度111.106公里，设计速度200公里/小时，对完善西北高铁路网、强化宁夏、内蒙古两地交通互联互通具有重要意义。银巴铁路开启静态验收。中国铁路兰州局集团有限公司供图　　据悉，静态验收是新建铁路工程竣工验收的关键环节，将对项目工程质量、设备运行状态、整体系统功能进行一次全面“体检”。静态验收期间，建设单位将成立静态验收专业组，严格依据国家铁路建设标准，分专业对轨道、桥隧、通信信号、电力牵引、站场设施、安全防护等工程开展全覆盖核查检测，逐项核验工程质量，严把项目建设质量关口，确保工程符合设计标准和开通要求。　　中国铁路兰州局集团有限公司有关人士介绍，银巴铁路静态验收完成后，联调联试、运行试验及初步验收、安全评估等后续工作将陆续展开，线路预计将于2026年12月底具备开通条件。
